Andrew has been invited to choreograph for the New York Choreographic Institute 2015 fall Session. Over a two week period he will create a new work on dancers from The New York City Ballet. Under the new artistic direction of Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui Andrew has been invited to extend and develop his work Eunoia. This was originally choreographed in 2014 as part of the annual Choreolab season.
He is thrilled to return to Antwerp to develop the piece on a larger cast of 20 dancers. Eunoia will be premiered on the 18 September in Antwerp at the The Theatre 't Eilandje.Read More
Tell Tale Steps brings together four emerging choreographers from The Royal Ballet, Northern Ballet, Scottish Ballet alongside McNicol to participate in a month long choreographic lab working with the distinctly talented dancers of Northern Ballet. Focusing on the theme of narrative and the classical ballet language, each of the choreographers will receive mentorship from artistic director David Nixon and invited guest artists.
